BARBARA TARGA

After studying Political Sciences at the University of Padua, she starts her career with ORGA in the management consultancy area.
In 2005 she joins the Head Hunting department, specializing in selection and assessment for qualified companies operating in Italy.
In 2007 she joins Elan International and in 2009 becomes a Partner.
Having extensive knowledge of the territory, she runs Elan International activities in North-East Italy from the Padua offices.
